The Andersons, Inc. Logansport Administration Building

The Andersons, Inc. new Logansport Administration Building is a LEED-registered green building. For more information on LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), click here. Green aspects of the building and its construction include:

• Recycled materials whenever possible, including drywall, roofing, ceiling tile, ceramic tile, and carpeting.
• 75% of all construction debris, including wood, concrete, drywall, and cardboard was recycled.
• A high-reflectivity roof to lower cooling costs
• A high efficiency HVAC system and high performance windows to lower heating costs.
• Low VOC paints, adhesives, flooring, and sealants to ensure a pollution-free workplace.
• Light zones, task lighting, and advanced switching to reduce energy usage and increase occupant comfort.
