Recycled materials whenever possible, including drywall, roofing, ceiling tile, ceramic tile, and carpeting.
75% of all construction debris, including wood, concrete, drywall, and cardboard was recycled.

A high efficiency HVAC system and high performance windows to lower heating costs.
Low VOC paints, adhesives, flooring, and sealants to ensure a pollution-free workplace.
Light zones, task lighting, and advanced switching to reduce energy usage and increase occupant comfort.
