Del Monte Warehouse

This 135,000 SF warehouse and distribution facility was constructed for Del Monte Corporation at their Plymouth, Indiana location. The project features a 40’ tall Butler pre-engineered building with tilt up concrete wainscot walls for durability, a standing seam roof with Sky Web fall protection, special floor coating, a rail spur, numerous truck docks and dock equipment, etc.

Steinberger worked with the construction manager to perform all of the general construction trades on this fast track project, so that the client could be up and running for the following tomato harvest season.

In the client’s words . . . “Though the schedule was accelerated, there was no drop off in quality or safety. All this was accomplished within budget and cost were kept down due to innovative solutions and coordination with other subcontractors.”
