FedEx Freight

Steinberger partnered with developer Jones Development to design, build, and deliver this fast track new freight terminal for Fed Ex in Lafayette, Ind. Work involved complete development of a new 7 acre site, shaping and grading, soil stabilization, paving, a 21,000 Butler building, offices, loading docks, fueling station, security fencing, electronically controlled gates, etc. The project was completed in just (24) weeks with no lost time accidents or injuries.
