This downtown furniture and flooring retailer occupied several buildings on the same block, and wanted to tie them all together with a new exterior look that fit in well with the architecture of the downtown area. The Steinberger team surveyed the existing conditions and developed a concept and budget that was agreeable to the client, then performed a facelift on the buildings. Work included; selective demolition, a new “stucco” facade, lower level brick columns and wainscot, new storefront glazing, signage and lighting.
