Hendrickson Motors

This new car dealership in Monticello Indiana was designed and built on a vacant site by the Steinberger team. The project included: complete site development, a new access road, paved lots, a Butler building, offices, show room, service garage, wash bay, parts department, etc.

A Butler pre-engineered building system was used for speed, economy, long life and low maintenance. It features a standing seam roof with R-30 roof insulation, and Kynar painted wall panels.
