Vanguard National Trailer
New Building

This 135,000 new building in Monon, Ind. was constructed for Vanguard National Trailer, formerly HPA Monon, to fabricate over the road semi trailers. The project was built on a fast track basis, and utilizes a Butler pre-engineered building with standing seam roof. A “waste wood” boiler provides heat for the building.

Floor slabs were poured in 40,000 SF sections, and crews erected the steel framework while roof and wall sheeting crews followed close behind. The facility includes an attached two story production office, break room and restroom facilities.
