New Building

This 20,000 SF building in Kokomo, Indiana was constructed for IDRA North America to assemble die casting machinery used in the nearby Chrysler transmission plant.

The building is 40’ tall, has a 100’ clear-span, and features a 65’ span, 80 ton overhead crane for handling heavy equipment lifts. The project incorporates: a Butler building with standing seam roof, plant offices with an overhead mezzanine, truck dock, a rail dock, and air rotation heat.
