This new car dealership in Logansport, Indiana was designed and built on a vacant site by the Steinberger team. The turn key project included; complete side development, paved lots, a two story office and show room, a large service garage, wash bay, parts department, etc.

A Butler pre-engineered building system was used for column free, clear span space, economics, long life, and low maintenance. Features include: a standing seam roof with R-30 roof insulation, concealed fastener “stucco” coated wall panels, large sections of storefront glazing, epoxy floor systems, high efficiency HVAC systems, etc.
