White County REMC Office & Shop Remodel, Monticello, Ind.

This project in Monticello, Ind. involved remodeling and converting a former industrial building into a new headquarters for the local electric utility company. Work involved creating access through outside walls and construction of garage space for parking and maintenance of the equipment fleet, complete remodeling of the office spaces, a customer drive up window, landscaping, and architectural enhancements and upgrades to the building exterior.
