Based in Rochester, Indiana, this company produces a line of high quality modular homes. Steinberger first partnered with Rochester Homes in 1993 for a 25,000 SF expansion, and again in 1997 for an 18,000 SF expansion to its plant. Both projects utilize Butler pre-engineered building systems, providing low maintenance, economical buildings, with plenty of wide open, clear span space.
