Rock Industries is a producer of sand, gravel and limestone aggregate. When they needed a new maintenance shop at their limestone quarry in Peru, Indiana they turned to Steinberger for complete design and construction services.

The Steinberger team very quickly put together a proposal and layout that would meet their needs and budget. This project features a Butler pre-engineered building with standing seam roof, masonry offices and support facilities with an overhead mezzanine, an overhead crane system for working on large mining machinery, a welding bay and a waste oil heating system.
