Overview
Steinberger Construction partnered with Agricor Grain Millers on a multi-phase improvement program that transformed over 100,000 square feet of space at their Marion, Indiana facility. With a focus on modernization, compliance, and operational efficiency, each phase of work was designed to elevate both front-end office environments and critical production areas.
The most visible transformation came through the complete renovation of Agricor’s main office, including a standing-seam metal roof system, enhanced building envelope, and a contemporary façade to increase weather resistance and curb appeal. Inside, Steinberger reimagined the workspace with a modern layout, upgraded finishes, and improved lighting and HVAC—all built to support staff productivity, morale, and long-term comfort.
Additional work was completed in highly regulated processing zones, where Steinberger delivered cleanroom-style environments that met USDA food-grade specifications without halting the client’s round-the-clock operations.
