The facility features a Butler pre-engineered metal building system, selected for its proven reliability, design flexibility, and long-term performance. Site preparation, foundation work, and steel erection were completed by Steinberger’s in-house team, allowing tight control of schedule, coordination, and quality from the ground up.

One standout feature includes integrated overhangs for loading operations—designed to protect loading zones from the elements and allow safe, efficient, all-weather functionality aligned with FedEx’s year-round logistics demands.
