Overview
Steinberger Construction partnered with Hanson Logistics to execute multiple cold storage facility builds across various Lineage Cold Storage locations. These projects supported one of the nation’s leading food supply chain providers, each one engineered to meet strict operational and regulatory demands associated with food-grade warehousing and distribution.
From early-stage planning through final execution, Steinberger led every aspect of delivery—including pre-construction coordination, site-specific engineering, permitting, and construction. The facilities varied in size and layout but were united by a shared standard of excellence in temperature control, cleanliness, and durability.
Each location was carefully phased to accommodate operational continuity, allowing existing logistics operations to continue while new capacity was brought online.
