Steinberger partnered with ARaymond to review, evaluate, design, and reconfigure the entire plant operations. This was to create better product flow through the plant, allowing for greater efficiency and higher outputs, without having to increase their building square footage. Along with this came the upgrade of plant lighting and HVAC for lower energy costs. This all had to be done without slowing the current plant operations. Through strategic design and scheduling, the project was completed successfully. Now the client is able to meet a higher demand without additional maintenance costs.
