This was a design build project that consisted of an 82,500 square foot new manufacturing and warehousing facility for Rockland Flooring. This was a unique site being in the middle of the county with no city utilities. Through several design meetings with our team, we were able to get this project designed and completed on time, under budget, with no OSHA recordables. We were able to think outside of the box and have a successful project.
