Overview
Steinberger Construction partnered with Polymer Science to complete a significant 50,000-square-foot expansion of their Monticello, Indiana facility. Designed and built to meet specialized operational requirements, this industrial/manufacturing project included two Butler pre-engineered building additions, each tailored for performance, durability, and operational efficiency.
The expansion was executed under a fast-track schedule, ensuring that Polymer Science’s growing operations could begin using the new space as quickly as possible. All work was completed while maintaining full compliance with FAA regulations, integrating a complex drainage system, and coordinating construction activities in a phased sequence to avoid operational disruption.
